The invitation SMS or WhatsApp message didn’t arrive
Work through these in order — most problems are solved by the first two.
1. Check the number#
- Does it include the country code? (+1, +44 …)
- Is the number of digits right? A missing or extra digit is the most common mistake.
- Is it a landline? Messages can’t be sent to landlines.
- For WhatsApp, the other person has to use WhatsApp.
2. Wait a little#
The carrier queue can run a few minutes behind at busy times. Don’t send a second time before waiting 10–15 minutes — you’d be spending a credit for nothing.
3. Ask your guest to check their phone#
- It may have landed in spam or blocked messages.
- Their inbox may be full.
- They may have a marketing-message block switched on at the carrier.
- Their phone may be off or out of coverage; the message will arrive when it comes back on.
4. Try another channel#
If nothing works, copy the invitation link and share it directly — it costs nothing, and the RSVP reply still lands in your list.
5. If it still won’t work#
Write to us. If you include the event name and the last four digits of the number that’s having trouble, we can look into it faster.
It doesn’t even arrive on my own number.
That usually means a number-format problem or a carrier block. Try the number again with the country code.
My scheduled send didn’t go out.
You need enough package credit at the moment of sending. Check your credit and schedule it again.
Was I charged for a message that didn’t arrive?
No credit is used for messages that couldn’t be delivered.
