Entering your details and turning on the extras
The only screen after you’ve picked a template. Everything you type here appears on the invitation exactly as you enter it.
The fields#

The extras#
Below the fields there are toggles. Whatever you leave switched on appears on the invitation:
- RSVP — guests can reply “attending” or “can’t make it”.
- Countdown — the days, hours and minutes left.
The map is added automatically once you pick the venue’s location. Weather appears on premium invitations.
The invitation wording isn’t on this screen#
On ready-made templates the invitation wording (“We’d love you to join us”, and so on) is part of the design and isn’t edited on this screen. To write your own, design it in Vowlia Studio. Ready-made examples: wedding invitation wording.
Accented characters look wrong.
Some decorative fonts don’t support accented characters. If you spot it in the preview, pick a different template or change the font in Vowlia Studio.
The ceremony and the reception start at different times — can I enter both?
The most practical approach is to put the main time in the time field and the second one in your note to guests. For example: “Ceremony 4pm, reception 7pm”.
The venue isn’t confirmed yet — can I leave it blank?
Because an invitation can’t be edited once created, we’d suggest waiting until the venue is settled before you create it.
