Scheduled sending: set the invitation for a later date

Your invitation might be ready today, but the right moment to send it might be weeks away. Set it and forget it.

How it works#

At the message preview step, instead of “send now” you pick a future date and time. When that moment arrives, the system sends for you — you don’t need to open the app or even have your phone switched on.

  1. Pick the channel (SMS or WhatsApp).
  2. Tick the people from your contacts.
  3. Check the message preview.
  4. Use the scheduling option to set the date and time.
  5. Confirm. The send is scheduled.

The same system applies to both SMS and WhatsApp.

What time should you set?#

How many people see a message depends on when it lands. 11am–1pm and 7pm–9pm on weekdays are the windows that get opened most. Early morning and late night are both unread and unwelcome.

Can I cancel a scheduled send?
You can see the schedule and change it any time before the send happens.
When do the package credits come off?
When the send actually happens. Make sure you have enough credit at the point you schedule it.
Will it send if my phone is off?
Yes. The system does the sending; your device doesn’t need to be on.
