The three preview screens: invitation, web page and QR card

The last screen before you confirm. Since an invitation can’t be edited afterwards, this is the critical step.

What you’ll see#

  1. Invitation preview

    The design itself, with your names, date, venue and note in place.

  2. Web preview

    The page your guest sees when they tap the link. The countdown, the map and the RSVP buttons appear here.

  3. QR card preview

    A preview of the card you’ll put on the tables, with your names and the QR code on it. ⚠️ This is only a preview — downloading the card happens on the gallery screen. More: the QR card.

Checklist#

  • Are the names spelled right, and is any line overflowing?
  • Are the date and time correct? (The most common mistakes are the year and am/pm.)
  • Is the venue name complete, and is the map pointing at the right spot?
  • Any typos in your note to guests?
  • Does the QR card look ready to print?

The web preview also lets you watch the invitation’s envelope opening animation.

Can I download the QR card from here?
No, this screen is a preview. To download the card, go to the gallery screen and open “View QR card”; the download button in the top right gives you PDF or PNG. More: what is the QR card?
Is the web preview exactly what guests will see?
Yes, it’s the same page your guests get.
Can I send the preview to someone else?
Once the invitation has been created in the app, you can share its link. If you want to show someone before buying, use the “Show a friend” option in Vowlia Studio’s demo mode.
