Digital invitation or printed invitation?
They’re not rivals — most couples use both together. Here’s the comparison that makes the choice easier.
A printed invitation carries a certain weight, especially for older relatives. A digital one has advantages you can measure: it arrives instantly, counts who’s coming by itself, never gets lost, and turns into a photo album after the wedding.

Once you split the list this way, the number of printed invitations usually drops to about a quarter — and all of the RSVP tracking ends up on the digital side.

Is a digital invitation considered rude?
It has become completely ordinary in recent years, and for guests travelling from elsewhere it’s the expected format. Handing older relatives a printed invitation is still a widespread courtesy, though.
Can I add a QR card to a printed invitation?
Yes, and it’s a common approach. You can print the QR card separately and place it on the tables, or hand it over alongside the printed invitation.
How many people can I send it to?
There’s no limit when you share the link yourself. When the system sends it for you, each message comes out of the package you bought.
