The QR card: put it on the table, let guests upload photos

You see a preview of your QR card while creating the invitation; downloading it happens on the gallery screen. Print it, put it on the tables — your guests do the rest.

What is the QR card?#

It’s a card to put on the table, with your names and a QR code on it. While creating the invitation you see how it will look on the third preview screen; once it’s ready, you download it from the gallery screen.

When a guest scans the card with their phone, a page opens just for them. From there they upload the photos and videos they took at the wedding. No app to install, no account to create.

Downloading and printing the card#

  1. Open the gallery screen

    Tap the gallery card on the My Invitation screen in the app.

  2. Go to “View QR card”

    Open this section on the gallery screen and your card appears.

  3. Tap the download button, top right

    A panel slides up from the bottom with Download as PDF and Download as PNG.

  4. Pick a format

    PDF is better for printing; PNG is better for sharing digitally or dropping into your own design.

  5. Print it and test it

    Have it printed at table-card size. Scan the printed card once with your phone to make sure it works.

  6. Put them on the tables

    One per table, plus a few larger ones for the entrance and welcome desk.

How to tell your guests about it#

  • Cards on the tables — the most effective way; a link mentioned out loud is forgotten, a card sitting on the table isn’t.
  • A large card at the entrance — everyone walking in sees it.
  • A one-line announcement during the reception — a reminder from the host or the DJ visibly increases the number of uploads.
  • A line in your note to guests — you can write “Scan the QR code on your table to share your photos” on the invitation.
Where do I download the QR card from?
From “View QR card” on the gallery screen. Once it’s open, tap the download button in the top right; the panel that slides up has PDF and PNG options.
Should I download the PDF or the PNG?
PDF if you’re sending it to a printer; PNG if you’re placing the code into your own card design or sharing it digitally.
How many cards should I print?
One per table, plus a few larger ones for the entrance. Keeping 5–10 spares on hand is a good idea.
Can I put the QR code into my own design?
You can place the PNG into your own card design — just be careful to keep the margin around the code.
