Managing and publishing the gallery

The gallery screen is your editing desk: everything uploaded is here, and you’re fully in control.

2 min read Updated QR cards and gallery

Just tap the gallery card on the My Invitation screen; it takes you to where you can view, select and edit your photos.

What you can do#

See everything

Every photo and video your guests uploaded is listed here.

Remove things

Delete anything you don’t want. You can also delete what your co-host uploaded.

Add your own

You can add the shots you took yourself to the gallery.

View QR card

Open the card for your tables here, and download it as a PDF or PNG with the button in the top right.

Finish and publish

When you’ve made your selection, you put the gallery live.

Finish and publish#

  1. Finish your selection

Remove the shots you don’t want published.

  2. Choose “Finish and publish”

The app asks whether you’d like the gallery link sent to all of your guests.

  3. Send the notification (optional)

If you want it sent using a package, you’re taken to the payment screen. The gallery link goes to everyone you sent the invitation to.

  4. Everyone gets access

Your guests reach the wedding photos through the link they receive.

A checklist before publishing#

  • Have the duplicates and blurry shots been cleared out?
  • Have you removed private moments you’d rather not share?
  • Is there anything a guest might be uncomfortable with? (If in doubt, leave it out.)
  • Is the notification list right, and do you have enough package credit?
Where do I download my QR card?
From “View QR card” on this screen. Once it’s open, tap the download button in the top right; the panel that slides up has PDF and PNG options.
Can I add or remove photos after publishing?
Yes, the gallery is live; anything you add afterwards appears, and anything you remove comes off it.
Can I publish without sending a notification?
Yes. You can publish the gallery and share the link yourself, at no cost.
Can I download the photos?
Yes. Download methods and time limits: storage period and downloading.
