Inviting your partner: co-hosting
A wedding takes two. Make your partner a co-host and you’ll manage the same invitation together.
How to invite them#
-
Open the My Invitation screen
Your invitation appears here once the purchase is complete.
-
Choose “Invite my partner”
The panel that slides up gives you a QR code and a link.
-
Your partner joins
They either scan the QR code with their phone or tap the link you sent them.
-
Co-hosting begins
Your partner doesn’t have to set up an invitation of their own; they join the management of yours directly.
How permissions differ#
| Whoever created the invitation | Co-host | |
|---|---|---|
| Viewing the gallery | Yes | Yes |
| Uploading photos | Yes | Yes |
| Deleting their own uploads | Yes | Yes |
| Deleting someone else’s uploads | Yes | — |
| Deleting the co-host’s uploads | Yes | — |
| Viewing the RSVP list | Yes | Yes |
In short: whoever created the invitation has broader permissions — they can delete anything. A co-host can only remove what they uploaded themselves.
The shared package pool#
The sending package you bought becomes a shared pool; you both draw from it. You can buy a separate package for your partner if you like — packages merge into the pool.
